all kinds of nope. meme continuation.

Ending up with his face in Sebastian’s lap takes all of about thirty five minutes of being tortuously forced to watch a movie he wasn’t overly thrilled about starting in the first place. How anyone could love watching people being brutally murdered in every way possible was a thing that Blaine never understood the appeal of.  Scary movies were okay.  If he was on the mood–which was rare.  But the gory ones?  Not so much.  Sebastian still gets Hostel thrown at him, three years after the horrific experience, whenever he tries to turn down a classic or musical that Blaine suggests.  And knows Sebastian enjoys but hates admitting to and would rather pout over.  “I know,” he grumbles with a stare out of one eye up Sebastian’s torso before he turns back into his fiance’s lap, “but I’m not moving.”  He backs up his protest by wrapping his arms around the leg closest to him and burying his face deeper.  “Why’d I agree to no lights on top of this,” he mumbled–muffled against Sebastian’s hip.

i’d give you forever.

❝And I’d follow you anywhere just the same.❞ he replies, leading Blaine to the destination. Everything felt vastly unreal right now. Sebastian knew they were really here in Paris and he knew he was really leading his boyfriend out to in front of the Eiffel tower and on top of that he was really about to ask the biggest question of their relationship yet. Not only that, but the biggest question of Sebastian’s life in general. Their relationship meant everything to him. It was the essence and key to a happiness he once found and now every touch was a reminder he had found his safe place. No matter where they were or where they went, Blaine was his home. The guy with the hazel eyes and smile like the sun had fixed up Sebastian who had once spent his life living in the darkness. They fixed each other. Sebastian embraced every dark corner of Blaine’s mind and reassured him that together they accepted each others light and dark. They were the sun and the moon. The moon always comes out and shines its light and sometimes the sun hides away in the dark. But the sun still always comes back up eventually and warms the world. Perhaps they were each other’s sun. If Sebastian knew one thing about his life it is that ever since Blaine Anderson came into it it’s never been the same. It never had to be the same. Blaine had taught him what the word love meant. Loving his other half lead to loving the act of living itself. As if a new path in the road of life had been opened the minute he could call Blaine his. All his.

Their hands fit perfectly with one another (fingers and a touch created to hold the others) as Sebastian lead them out of the restaurant. Outside was a little walk on a stone pathway near some grass and a small clear, blue body of water that reflected the moon’s cast quite beautifully. As they made their way down that walkway and took their time doing so, finally they came to end up right in front of the Eiffel tower. Sebastian stopped and held onto both of Blaine’s hands now. A thumb rubbed lovingly against his right palm. They were facing each other now, looking into each others eyes. ❝Isn’t the Eiffel tower amazing when you get so close to it..?

You look so beautiful under the moonlight. Even more beautiful than the Eiffel tower. You know that?❞ From his olive skin to lips so kissable, Sebastian was always so shocked with how handsomely stunning his love bug was. ❝Seven years ago when I met you? I would of never pictured us here right now. The concept that you’d be mine? Was such a fantasy kind of concept, but something told me to never give up on it.❞ he smiles wide, looking down for a moment to let out a deep breath. Green orbs shift back up to look into the beautiful view that was Blaine’s eyes. The box with the ring was right inside his pocket, it was just a matter of the perfect timing.

Sebastian is warm as they walk along the cobblestone walkway.  Their fingers sink deeper into each others as Blaine wiggles his in until the hollow dips between their lengths touch and their palms become inseparable. Resting the side of his head against Sebastian’s shoulder–soft hazel eyes flicker his gaze from the reflection of the lights in the water, to the lamp posts and even the sky.  It’s beautiful.  Overwhelming. Something he could stare at forever and never have enough time to take in even then.  Just like Sebastian who Blaine turns his head and breaks his attention away from absorbing their surroundings to press a kiss against the side of Sebastian’s neck. Then back to letting his boyfriend lead him blindly forward because his attention is so wrapped up in seeing everything he could possibly see.  “I love it here,” he whispers somewhat to himself, somewhat to Sebastian.  A far off, distant tone of someone so enraptured with what they’re doing that they don’t realize their speaking their thoughts until they hear their voice.  “And I love you,” he adds in now that he’s tuned into the fact he’s thinking out loud.  “If this New York thing,” he grins, “doesn’t work out.  We’re moving here.”  A woman standing along the river with her arms wrapped around her boyfriend’s shoulder catches his eye and she smiles knowingly. Two people in love in a city that lives and breathes it to those who come here for that reason? How could they not beam at each other for the common bond of being right here.  In this moment. Right now.  With the loves of their lives.  Who else got what that felt like unless they were feeling it?  Blaine smiles back, his head moves against Sebastian’s shoulder as he nods to her but he doesn’t lift it all the way.

Not until Sebastian brings them to a stop and moves to stand in front of him.  Blaine glances up at him confused, to the Tower when Sebastian points out how lovely it is.  “I–,” then he has to stop and hang his head forward because Sebastian’s once again flattering him so much he can’t meet his eyes without a cheeky, stupefied grin.  No worries.  It’s still there when their eyes meet again anyway.  His brows shove together and his hands squeeze Sebastian’s, his skin still dancing with the caress to his palm from Sebastian’s thumb.  Blaine goes to–as usual–give the compliment back in his own words.  But Sebastian doesn’t give him enough of a pause to speak up and Blaine’s heart melts even more at what he hears.  “Sebastian,” he has to interject.  “I’m so glad you never gave up on me.  You had every right to.  God knows,” he huffs and rolls his eyes, “That I didn’t make things easy for you.  I’m just–I’m so glad you waited for me.  You get me. You always have and seven years–can you believe it?  Seven years and you still fascinate and make me as shook as you did the day we met,” he ducks down as Sebastian tucks his chin towards his collar refusing to let their gazes break apart.  “So..  Thank you.  Okay?  For being you and loving me.  Even parts of me I couldn’t and struggle with now..you have and do and–just–thank you.”

Okay, this got way too fun for Seb way too fast. This was beginning to go from grumbles and pouts to grins and smirks on his part. Sebastian had been in a total grump mood before and was going to refuse to remove his face from where he had it nuzzled in Blaine’s lower stomach, but when he hears Blaine’s laughter begin to increase he can’t help but grin against his skin too and try to keep his own laughter silent so Blaine didn’t know he found this incredibly funny. Shoving his face in more, Sebastian lifts a hand up to try and find Blaine’s face, which he succeeds successfully and starts annoying him more by poking his cheek over and over with a finger. Feeling his fiance’s body move with the way he’s cracking up, Sebastian decides to bite his stomach light enough to be playful. He didn’t let the way the other swat him or squirm around stop his mission. He would get revenge for Blaine making him say please! No words came from Seb, just his laughter beginning to grow louder as he pokes him and nuzzles hard against him. Game on, Anderson. When Sebastian got in these childish, antagonizing moods— there was no going back until he was satisfied.

image

His tearful eyes go huge when Sebastian ignores his demand to get out of his ticklish spot and only amps up his torturous ways!  Of course he would!  How could he think anything different?! The pokes to his face that joined in on the mess didn’t do much to distract him from the weirdo’s constant antagonizing!  Breathless laughs swallow up his higher pitched gasps and chuckles of protest.  Hearing Sebastian start to show how much he was enjoying this by forgetting to stifle the pitch of his maniacal laughter–Blaine kicks his feet against the floor and gives an upwards thrust of his hips trying to dislodge the man from his lap.  “Please! Please!  You’re enjoying this too much, Seb!”  Another round of gasps and frantic hands stop batting Sebastian’s shoulders so he can wrap his fingers around Sebastian’s wrist and try to hold it away from his face. The other–well–when you’re stuck?  Just–laugh like a madman and try to get even?!  Blaine lifts Sebastian’s shirt and just starts tickling back as hard as he can through ragged gulps and scootches to the left, right or anywhere he can try to escape to.  “Why are you torturing me?!?! I’ll torture back,” and he backs it up with a more determined tickle just above Sebastian’s navel.

It was no secret that Blaine was quick to tear up whenever Sebastian went on his rare romantic speeches where he laid out all his deepest love for Blaine on the table, finally just letting his words lead him instead of thinking too much. Maybe it was because it didn’t happen often, so it hit Blaine harder when it did happen. Or maybe Blaine was just so adorably sensitive in that way; Sebastian thought it was both. One thing he knew for sure though was that being here in Paris brought out a romantic side of Sebastian that didn’t show much on a regular day. Listening to Blaine speak in a teary eyed whisper left Sebastian completely and fully listening with a sweet smile. Sebastian squeezes his hand and reaches his other hand across the small distance between them to wipe one single tear he saw glimmering in the light under Blaine’s eye. Voice comes out soft and caring, all so compassionate. ❝Hey, I have to play it unfair sometimes.❞ he chuckles lightly.

❝The number one thing I’ve always wanted to be is supportive, Blaine. And it comes to me pretty easily when you are constantly and always the best man I know. Every choice you make, it’s perfect. You’ve completely changed my view of the world too…And of love…And friendship. It’s kind of like… I was living in shades of black and white, and when I saw you walk through that door into the Warblers room, you were the first thing I finally saw in color. As I got closer to you, the sky became blue and the trees became green… and in this very moment right now I think I finally see everything in color.❞ he pauses, feeling himself getting drastically more emotional too. It had to be done now. The moment was just right. Sebastian couldn’t wait any longer, it was impossible. ❝I have something to show you.❞ he says excitedly, getting out of his chair and standing above Blaine to hold a hand out. ❝Let me take you there.❞ Everything had his heart beating out of his chest. How he could feel the ring box in his pocket, how he knew the tower was right outside of this restaurant. How he knew that this was the biggest moment of his life yet and he wouldn’t change a thing for the world. Because together? The world was theirs.

The smile that graced Sebastian’s mouth never failed to take his breath away.  That look made him feel like there was nothing that existed in the world.  In any mood he was in–Sebastian could give him with that smile and he would instantly stop, blink, stumble into the same stupefied stare he had sitting across the table from this strange, mind boggling boy he happened upon at Dalton.  What he once thought was lucky chance that their lives intertwined in the place where Blaine always the most at home was different the minute he let it be because Sebastian was always there.  Waiting for him to come around.  Chance had nothing to do with them.  Fate did.  Dalton–Blaine’s home–gave him his true place to belong forever.  Now when he saw that expression?  He fell in love with Sebastian over and over again.  A dizzying, head spinning sort of love that felt like the first day he opened up his eyes and truly let himself see who was standing in front of him and the life–and love–Sebastian had to offer.  Sebastian’s support was unending.  Through darkness and doubt, triumph and a heart so light Blaine could soar through the clouds in happiness–Sebastian was his constant.  An unending thread weaved into the fabric of who he was and every milestone–good or bad–only tugged them closer.  It was so hard–at times–for Blaine to see himself the way Sebastian painted him.  He was speechless– listening to how he brought Sebastian’s world into color.  –Oh my God..– Sebastian had no idea he took the colors in Blaine’s world and made them brighter, more vibrant.  Alive when they all began to fade.  “Sebastian..,”  Blaine stole his boyfriend’s hand and pressed a kiss to his fingertips tasting the salt of his own tears.  “I–,” but Sebastian stood up and they were leaving. Blaine had to remind his knees how to work and took the offered hand so he could pull himself up. Curiosity twinkled in reddened eyes and he nodded feeling his heart race like Sebastian’s pulse drummed through his hand and his own heart sped up to match his.  “I’d follow you anywhere.  You know?”  And that’s what he did.  Right after a kiss to Sebastian’s cheek and a whispered I love you before they moved an inch.

Hell no! Sebastian scoffed at Blaine’s sarcastic and humorous reaction to his hard efforts in the subject of manners. He totally didn’t have to say please, but guess what? He pulled out his biggest courage and took a leap. Plus all of the calling him a brat, which was a huge misconception of Sebastian as a person. He didn’t think of himself as a brat, he thought of himself as a king who should be respected as such. A mischievous Sebastian leans to bite not too hard but not too light at Blaine’s hand in a response to all of that laughter. Instantly after the bite came Seb cuddling up closer by wrapping his arms around Blaine’s hips while keeping his head in his lap and full on burying his face against his boyfriend’s tummy. Grumbling to himself, he speaks muffled against the fabric of Blaine’s sweater. ❝No, I do not need a hug. Saying it isn’t hard I just think saying it is stupid.❞ he hisses as he nuzzles his face harder against Blaine. Take that, Anderson!

image

Oh God!  Blaine gasped at the bite to his hand and shook it out like it was much more painful than it actually was.  His boyfriend is shot a ridiculous pout but there’s no way Sebastian can see it with his face buried into Blaine’s tummy.  Speaking of which?  There’s only a few minutes of tolerating the nuzzles and the words muffled against his stomach before the bite to the back of his tongue isn’t enough to keep it from..tickling.  The fact that Sebastian’s face is nuzzled against such a sensitive spot could have gone two ways.  This one was the one that had him gasping for air and struggling so so hard not to start cracking up at.  His cheeks redden and he tries to distract himself by lacing both sets of fingers into Sebastian’s hair and scratching gently at his scalp but..when the insolent man nuzzles in deeper?  His resolve cracks and his head smacks against the back of the sofa unnoticed. Blaine dissolves into peels of laughter and squirms trying to buck and swat Sebastian out of his hiding spot. “Okay, okay.  Enough!  You are such a weirdo!  No hugs!  Just.  GET. OUT! OF! There!”

As he listened to his soon to be fiance’s words, Sebastian was stuck with a smile on his face because everything Blaine said mesmerized him. So much so. This. All of this. It was theirs to make the best out of. ❝It’s definitely not a delusion, love. Trust me when I say that. I love you so much and you don’t have to say thank you anymore for any of this. Got it? I’ve heard it about a hundred times during this trip already and as happy as it makes me to know you’re thankful… You just deserve this so much. You’re such a star, Blaine. My star. I’m so proud of what you’ve accomplished these past couple years. We love each other, of course. But you and me, we’re on this journey together of learning to love ourselves too. You’ve helped me so much with loving myself and feeling like the only thing I have to be is me around you… You’ve never made me change. And when I look at you I know you’re still insecure in there at times. I know you feel small sometimes. But to me, you are so far from small. You’re the biggest, brightest star in the sky, actually. My love for you… As lame as it sounds, it’s hard for me to put it into words.❞ he puts a pause in his speech, giving an endearing smile before reaching across the table to hold onto Blaine’s free hand. ❝And… Now that we’re here, in Paris… And I’m looking into your eyes I can’t help but have all these thoughts and feelings hit me at once.❞ Sebastian looks out at the view to see the moonlight beaming down on the city. Glancing back at Blaine with love and inspiration in his eyes. He was going to lead the love of his life to the Eiffel tower in a few minutes to ask the big question and his heart was racing. Blaine was still waiting to wake up? This might do the trick.

image

“I’m sorry. I’m,” and he fell silent when Sebastian stole his tongue.  Blaine listened because that was all he could do as his heart began to pound and he felt that dizzying sensation that Sebastian was so skilled at bringing out of him at any given moment make his chest feel so light he might float away.  His eyes grow softer by the syllable until tears gather at his eyelashes. He wasn’t expecting all that from a repeat of ‘thank you’.  His fork drops and he quickly buries his hands into his lap underneath the table.  This moment.  This is one he’ll never forget.  The way Sebastian was looking at him–he’s seen it before.  Plenty of times.  And it never ceases to fill him with wonder how one person could look at him like that and mean every emotion that filled Sebastian’s green eyes.  Blaine’s is nothing short of fascination and bewilderment.  He loves him more than Sebastian might ever know because there aren’t words to say or actions to give that could ever encompass the love that Blaine has for him.  Yet–he needs to say something. Anything besides sitting here ready to cry and blinking rapidly to keep from doing it so they don’t cause a scene.  Kicking himself into motion–Blaine draws in an uneven breath and uses it to whisper the first thing that comes to mind.  “Every time I think ‘this is it, I can’t love him anymore than I do right now’–you always manage to surprise me by proving to me that I can. Sebastian, you changed my life.  From the minute you walked into it.  You give me compassion and understanding.  You support me.  All of me.  And I don’t think I’d ever see the world the same without you.  I love you.  I love you so much..  Even when you make me want to start crying in a restaurant full of people.  Which is totally unfair,” he grins because if he doesn’t do that?  The tears he blinked away are going to come back.

“Mm.  Yes.  Already,” Blaine hums against Sebastian’s throat as his arms wrap around his boyfriend’s chest from behind.  Fingers burying into his curls draw his eyelids shut and he nuzzles the very tip of his nose along the long line of Sebastian’s jaw with a sigh of delight. Technically–he promised that he’d give Sebastian ample time to finish up his work.  Blaine fully planned on pulling through with his vow.  For real!  But the clack, clack, clack of keys could pick back up after he had a little bit of fun.  The taste of Sebastian’s skin was too alluring to not go in for seconds. And that’s what Blaine wants now more than anything.  So hints the caving in of his stomach and the soft, pitched noise that parts his lips.  No worries.  Now it was just easier to kiss along the shell of Sebastian’s ear as he made his case.  “Ten more minutes and I promise I’ll let you work.  Please,” he whispers making sure the corner of his mouth moved against Sebastian’s ear just to tease him further and add more fuel to his bargain.

It was still the first night of their Paris getaway and after checking into their hotel and Sebastian finding it to be an event in itself to watch Blaine’s adorable fascination with the room, the view, and the city in itself— they were sitting for a nice glass of wine over candlelight and a beautiful overlook of moonlight dancing in a reflection on the water. As luxury of a dining experience as you could find. It still seemed insane that after they finish their glasses, Sebastian will be leading Blaine out to the Eiffel tower to ask the biggest question he’s ever asked in his life and the question he’s been waiting to ask for so long. But for now? He can soak in the visual perfection that is all his. Leading up to now, Sebastian thought he would be eaten alive by nerves on the night that he’s going to ask. But now that it’s happening? He feels content, he knows he has Blaine as his and he knows he can do this. His mind may be racing but his heart is beating just right. His soul is keeping him calm. From Blaine’s hazel eyes, to the way his olive toned skin looks so seamless under the lighting, to the way his lips never looked unkissable. Eyes refused to take themselves off his soon to be fiancee as he smiles just slightly across at him.

❝It’s funny how we’ve been together almost four years and I still don’t understand how one man can be so flawlessly beautiful inside and out.❞

he says in a musing but calm tone, tilting his head down a bit and holding the wine glass to his lips with a ever so cheeky grin that said “I love you” and “I want you tonight” all at the same time.

Blaine was enthralled with the smallest detail of everything.  From their arrival, to the taxi ride through the thin Parisian streets with their sidewalks full of store fronts, restaurants or slender buildings years and years old spliced in with newer, modern restyles–Paris was another world that he was instantly caught up in.  He couldn’t stop being fascinated with the way people spoke.  Or the taste of wine that–somehow–was so much better when he shared it with Sebastian on their balcony overlooking the Jardin des Tuileries.  Or how Sebastian kept staring at him.  Ever since they got to the restaurant. Not in a bad way.  Never in a bad way.  Sebastian always looked at him with a mix of love beyond measure, want that no matter what they did to each other or together seemed could never be sated, possessiveness that made Blaine’s insides twist deliciously, and gentility that told Blaine no matter how often he fell–Sebastian would be there to pick him up and set him on a path built on a little more solid ground than before.  This was–just–different.  So close Blaine could feel Sebastian’s gaze never waver even when he sipped his wine or took a bite of the most delicious food he’s ever tasted.  His face went red when his boyfriend’s voice broke their quiet.  Hazel eyes peeked up and he smiled gently before his senses went for a Tilt-A-Whirl ride at that expression.  Blaine’s lips parted, his eyes widened with an expression that said “I love you. I’m yours.  Tonight–I’ll show you again and again”.  “Four years and you’re still under the delusion that I’m flawless.  Either I’m great at pretending. Or you are hopelessly never going to catch on that when it comes to the beautiful one? That’d be you. But thank you.  I love you, too.  I..still don’t know what to say about all of this.  I think thank you is wearing out.  I just–I love you and I’m still waiting to wake up.”

are you for real?

image

The chest touches and hair strokes had Sebastian quickly melting under Blaine’s fingertips already, though he’d never admit it. This felt good. Mhm. He liked this. Yes, Sebastian was truly sorry and now he just wanted Blaine’s attention back. Perhaps we was a little bit too harsh and snarky for it to be considered humorous. But Sebastian totally didn’t have a filter when it came to that stuff! All he could do now is use his sweet, cuddly charm to win his boyfriend back to no reading. In fact he silently demanded it with the way he begged with his eyes and rubbed a thumb on Blaine’s cheek. ❝Me? A brat? No, I’m being sweet…❞ he insists with a pout to his bottom lip. He attempts to get his head closer on Blaine’s lap, headbutting the iPad out of the way just a little. ❝Choose me, not reading. P-p…pl…❞ Dammit he was trying to spit out the P word with all his effort but he just hated saying that word! He had to be strong for the sake of his boyfriend. He must.

❝…..P-please…?❞ he asks sweetly, holding back the cringe that wanted to make apparent on his face. Ouch, that one stung. But he truly wants to be sweet and nice! He needs to! These hair strokes feel too good!

image

The thumb against his skin made Blaine’s belly fill with butterflies because there was never a time in their relationship where a touch so soft ever didn’t do that.  No.  Sebastian was using his weakness against him and Blaine licked his lips, pressed them together and plastered his poker face back on.  Biting back the urge to burst into a chuckle at Sebastian’s inching around on his lap trying to get his head between him and his iPad was almost an insurmountable task.  He sighed heavily and sat his reading material to the side when the overgrown manchild bumped his head insistently against it and rolled his eyes with a grunt trying to pretend he was beyond exasperated.  “Really, Sebastian.  You’re about as bad as a five year old with too much sugar and a terrible innocent act.  So, yes.  You are a brat..” Watching Sebastian work through saying the word please killed any willpower he had left to keep from laughing.  Blaine nodded slowly trying to encourage him as his lips twitched at their corners.  Once The Word was put out into the universe from his other half–Blaine’s head fell back against the bar of the sofa as laughter made his entire body shake.  “Oh my God, that looked painful!  Why is it so hard for you to say please?  Poor thing.  Do you need a hug?  Was it that bad,” he lifted his head to pout down the jerk who was just insulting him five minutes ago and was now going for the Olympic Gold in Hamming It Up.

Sebastian’s eyes widen and lips part just a little as Blaine gets back on his iPad. This. Cannot. Be. Happening! What? He was just gonna go back to doing something else rather than fueling Sebastian to snark on!? This totally sucked now… Sebastian slanted his brows in disappointment for the situation and laid down on the couch. Scooting closer to Blaine, he lays his head on his lap and reaches a hand up to touch his face and pester him. But this time his pestering was in a loving manner. ❝ Wait… You’re gonna read again? But—– ❞ Yes, Sebastian had a hard time handling when people shut down his drama and snark filled show to ignore him or do something else even though deep down he knew he deserved it. But why would Blaine do that? Sebastian is obviously much more entertaining than Darth Vader sucking the dick of some other Star Wars dude. And was he even really that mean? It would be hard to tell now that the damage was already done? Sometimes Sebastian could be a total dick without even realizing it. Some might call it his special talent. But now he was staring to feel bad…

❝ Why..? ❞ his voice came out soft now. Silently begging for forgiveness with his eyes.

image

Like clockwork.  The mere threat of Sebastian going ignored for more than–say–two minutes brought the Attitude Check he well deserved.  Blaine only stares at the glowing screen instead of paying any mind to the cushions shifting around as Sebastian inched closer.  He even manages to start humming softly as he scrolls down the street with the tip of his finger. Eyelashes bat wildly at the touches to his face expecting it to be pawing and demanding at first. Then Sebastian proves that at least his touches would be soft even if his words are shifting to a bit on the harsh side.  He can’t help sighing and reaching out one hand to rub against Sebastian’s chest using just the edges of his fingers.  “Yes.  I think I am, Sebastian.” My! My!! How quickly the tone changes with the idea that he wasn’t going to get a rise out of Blaine anymore.  Or at least one that doesn’t come with a wall of silence from the person he was trying to annoy.  Not much fun in that.  He shouldn’t have looked down!  A pair of pleading eyes waited to meet his when the ‘why’ drew his attention.  Not that he was reading anyway.  The entire idea of going back to reading was just a prop.  But Sebastian didn’t need to know that. Blaine lifts his hand from where he was caressing Sebastian just above his heart and pushes some of his boyfriend’s hair back away from his face. Pursing his lips–he watches him closely trying to see if this was real.  Or just an act.  “Because you’re being a brat and I’m not going to keep pushing you into being an even bigger one.  So? Reading is the easiest way to avoid that.”
