It had been a rather unusual morning for the lovers. Waking Blaine up at the crack of dawn && taxi cabbing them down to the airport, he had a full blown surprise for his boyfriend. This was their first big trip together, && he hadn’t told Blaine a thing about where they were headed so far. Now hours into the plane ride, && balancing his own excitement mixed with Blaine pestering him playfully to tell him where they were going, they were finally arriving at their destination. The night sky looked so beautiful out those small circular windows. Shades of purples && deep blues. It was the absolute best place on earth that they were going in Sebastian’s eyes, his roots; PARIS.
While exiting the plane, Sebastian made Blaine close his eyes as he guided him. They were finally here. Now standing in the middle of the airport, you could see the nostalgic city view from just outside the airport windows. People were all around but all that mattered right now was them && all the fun they would soon have together. “ You can open your eyes now, Blaine. “
Sebastian had the trip to the airport and the various means he used to distract Blaine fairly easy. Being woken up at the ugly hour of pre-dawn made the first few hours a piece of cake. Headphones, playful fibs that they were going to random places that no one would volunteer to step foot in. Unless Siberia magically became the hottest tourist attraction since Disneyland? Seb was a brick wall that refused to budge. No matter how many times Blaine pulled the begging eyes trick that usually worked. Nothing would break his boyfriend’s resolve to keep their destination a mystery.
Hours later? Blaine was a ball of energy that threatened to bounce off the walls of the airplane. Try spending an entire flight wondering where in the hell your boyfriend decided to drag you off to and not be. AT LAST! Blaine held Sebastian’s hand leading him blindly with Blaine chiding him the entire way. “I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to kidnap someone and put them on a ten hour flight to WHO knows where, Sebastian! You’re going to hear from my lawyer.” His joke died off the second Seb let him open his eyes and Paris greeted him from beyond the glass. Paris?? They were in Paris?! “Are you–are we–” Blaine’s mouth hung open. Wide eyes crept a stare in slow motion up to Seb. “–How?”
